The legislature and administration have both issued preliminary budget proposals, and each plans on more cuts to state agencies.  The administration hasn't specifically proposed any additional pay cuts or furloughs yet, but the legislative proposal calls for an additional 2% in pay cuts for state employees and educational employees. 

The legislature is once again asking public employees to make up revenue shortfalls caused by massive tax cuts for millionaires and corporate loopholes.

Call and email these three House Democratic leaders and leave a message that they need to restore revenues and NOT balance the budget with additional cuts to public services and employees.  These are the phone numbers on the legislature's official website.
